Dishwasher!

yep, even as we speak they are installing a dishwasher in our apartment! John and Carol replaced theirs as they needed one that was hotter or something but the water down stairs is really hot already so we inherited a dishwasher!!! Yippeee!!!

For all those who have been waiting for such an occasion as this to come and visit because you were afraid you would be pressed into dishwashing service your time is now!
